Founded in Milan in 1980, the firm has over four decades of experience in litigation and out-of-court legal assistance to fashion brands and to the people who sell them. Working alongside the industry in the heart of Italian and international fashion has made agency and distribution relationships a natural core of our practice — in Milan and in the markets that matter most for Italian brands. Fondato a Milano nel 1980, lo studio ha oltre quarant'anni di esperienza nell'assistenza giudiziale e stragiudiziale ai brand della moda e a chi li vende. When your counterparty is an Italian fashion house, Italian law and Italian courts usually apply — wherever you operate. Agency relationships in particular follow mandatory Italian rules and are heard by the Labour Section of the Italian courts.
